They're the type of company who releases a "remastered" version of a game which doesn't actually update support for the current PC OS. Ubisoft support is about as useful as your appendix.
Then they told me two advices re-install driver and change usb portthat I've already done by myself and I told them about that, so the answer looks like a stupid placeholderso I guess there's no chance to get some help from ubi support. I think there is a windows 10 thread on the Ubisoft RS forum if you want to wade through the many pages of it. The UBI guys should have a long list of things to check.
